Sketch Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a studio that established in 2020 and already have years of work confirmed in the luxury private residential sector.
Led by an ambitious, down to earth and hard working individual, this company is looking for people that share the same qualities.
They have recently taken on an office in the heart of Chelsea/Fulham which has huge amount of space to grow into.

They are super flexible however with remote working and also how the contracts will be formed.
They will consider permanent, contract ongoing and even part time roles from 3 days.

This is an extremely busy and exciting time to join an emerging company who envisages hiring ten people over the next 12 months.
They use AutoCAD, Indesign, Sketch and photoshop as the main software programs.


Projects tend to be in Kensington and Chelsea consisting of 5,000 - 10,0000 sq ft, although they also have a barn conversation and country estate in the Cotswolds.
International project kicking off next year.

They schemes are typically refurbishments, but often full renovations; retention of facades and everything else new build.
Basements conversions, swimming pools.

It is essential that people can demonstrate proven experience in the private high end residential sector in order to be considered.
Also important is people can get their hands dirty.

Vacancies

* Project Architect/Project leader can take projects across all stages and run them with the clients and support of the owner.
* Architectural Technician
* Interior Architect

Remuneration - we can look at people from £30,000 (or equivalent) right up to £70,000 +
