Architect - Affordable Housing

This developer has an opportunity for an Architect to work remotely on 2 housing schemes. You would be working within a relatively small design team, responsible from RIBA stage 1, on two different 400 unit+ residential developments in London. An interest in affordable housing would be great!

Key Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the design development for two London based Housing schemes.
• To work remotely within a small design development team.

Skills & Experience

• Own computer set up at home with AutoCAD and Sketchup, Revit will also work.
• Front end experience designing housing schemes, affordable housing preferred.

This is an initial position for 3 months, 4 days a week. You will need to have a computer and be set up at home on your preferred CAD.
