In-house Architect for small developer and investment company

Sketch Recruitment are currently working with a small and very profitable investment and developer organisation based in North West London.
They have previously outsourced the Architecture to a variety of architects subject to the location and typology of the projects.
Currently they are working on 7 projects consisting of multi - unit mixed use residential led schemes, student accommodation and also a private residential.
Up to 70 unit schemes.

Schemes range from £2- £30million.

This company is extremely down to earth and friendly/approachable.
They need a motivated and practical Architect that can consider profitability within the design schemes to get through planning and see that through to completion, being hands on throughout.

I would anticipate this candidate being someone that has worked for a small - medium sized practice covering multi-unit residential schemes.
Software wise - this will be honed towards the individual and supported with setting them up.

You will need to be a self starter.

Working from home is on offer and moving forwards will remain on offer so long as you can be flexible and work in the office in line with requirements, most likely two - three days a week.
