Design Manager

An up-and-coming developer within hospitality and luxury serviced apartment living is looking for a design manager. This owner-occupier needs an ambitious architect with an elite design background, you must also have good construction experience. You will have an interest in, and an eye, for high-end detailing within the luxury hospitality market. This is an opportunity to run projects both in London and internationally, there will also be chance to travel (when allowed!). The office environment is fun, fast paced, and would suit a curious and ambitious personality.

Key Responsibilities

• To work alongside the director within the design and delivery team.
• To be able to mock up feasibility schemes for the acquisition team.
• To have a great eye for detail and manage the construction process.

Skills & Experience

• Part III-qualified.
• Experience in lifestyle hotels.
• Excellent on-site delivery track record.
• Demonstration of a good design portfolio, with the ability to draw feasibility schemes on the spot.
