Urban Designer (Mid-Weight/Senior Level)

Urban are working with an established award-winning architecture, urban design and sustainability specialist in Hampshire as they look to expand their workforce with the welcome addition of a Mid-Weight/Senior Urban Designer.

The studio is considered to be one of the industry leaders in their field and have amassed a large volume of work among multiple project sectors, with the majority coming in Residential, Mixed-Use and Extra Care sectors.

My client is open to candidates of a mid-weight/senior level are looking for someone with a passion for design, curiosity, personal drive and technical knowhow to join their studio in Hampshire.

The Urban Designer role will be hands on, requiring initiative and good design and communication skills. This opportunity is for those who can clearly demonstrate a capability and desire to progress in the Urban Design field and a clear, keen interest in placemaking, masterplanning and regeneration, evidenced in your portfolio, which is the key driver of the studio.

The studio are keen to speak with mid-weight/seniors that have a clear design-flare and exceptional hand-drawing skills. Familiarity and skills in design access statements will be an advantage.

The team are working in AutoCAD and revit so experience of these is desirable.
