A large and widely respected landlord is seeking two, permanant and highly motivated building managers to join their team and manage a number of rental properties within their Central London portfolio. Candidates require experience within the property industry and will ideally have good knowledge of the prime central london lettings market. The building managers will manage all operations on a variety of occupied residential property and will have the remit of ensuring that the site is maintained to the highest of standards.


  • Negotiate and close deals on the apartments within designated portfolio
  • Arrange appointments and attending viewings via estate agents within designated portfolio
  • Maintain an accurate record of property keys
  • Run reference and credit checks for new tenants
  • Oversee all new tenancies/occupancies via Estate Agents
  • Produce relevant marketing/promotional material
  • Take responsibility for updating company website on a daily basis for your designated properties
  • Assisting in-house management team
  • Assisting with banking for rents/tenant payments
  • Take responsibility for ensuring electronic paperwork is kept up to date
  • Handle change of occupuancy with utility suppliers
  • Report any maintenance or health and safety issues
  • Build and retain a repour with local esate agents on a weekly basis
  • Rents collection/ debt chasing
  • Handle all tenant complaints

The successful candidate will likely have experience within the property industry and cental london lettings makret. Excellent communication skills are extremely essential in this role as well as a 'can do' approach.
