Your new company
Excellent opportunity for a Design Manager to join a leading developer in Cheshire. They have been on the go for many years and have seen nothing but growth in recent years and due repeat business & increasing work loads they need a design manager to over see the full design process on PRS, Retail, Commercial & Student Accommodation Schemes.

Your new role
You will be reviewing & coordinating the design process from inception right through to completion & adhere to any design or technical queries within the relevant teams. You will be holding regular and timely site workshops to review work packages & managing any risk throughout the project.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an architectural background and have previously worked for another developer/ contractor within a variety of sectors. You will have excellent attention to detail & management skills. You will be based out of the North West office but travel will be involved nationally weekly/ fortnightly.
