Given the complex nature of the practice’s projects, and their typically significant scale, you’ll be highly organised and methodical able to demonstrate project management abilities and responsibility for project briefings, programme and scope. This role will also see you act as the conduit for communication cross disciplines and monitor financial accountabilities.
The experience required of this role will include relevant architectural experience and degree, a design led background, the exposure to project management responsibilities, and demonstratable experience at having delivered at least one project from concept to completion. With a number of present projects in China, Mandarin language skills will be an advantage but is not essential.
