My client provides a range of specialist electrical, plumbing and heating services for new build housing, residential construction and social housing refurbishments. Your new role:
My client is a Mechanical, Electrical and Renewable Energy Specialist currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join them in managing a team of maintenance operatives and to look after and take charge of all reactive maintenance that needs taking care of. This role requires someone who has experience of working in a Management / Supervision position as you will be looking after a team of around 12 staff including plumbers and surveyors.

What you'll need to succeed:
Must be gas safe registered to be considered for this role as the role will be heavily influenced by the gas trade as a majority of the maintenance jobs will be working on boilers and replacing boilers amongst other trade reactive repairs so it will be ideal for someone with a gas background.
