Chartered Building Surveyor
Client side organisation require MRICS Building Surveyor for permanent role.

This large and well established private sector organisation in Manchester has a large property portfolio that expands across the North West, and into parts of the Midlands and Wales. They are successful at what they do, and have an inhouse estates team in place to oversee all works to their built assets.
Your new role
You will be working in a small team of chartered surveyors and will have responsibility for reviewing condition surveys (already undertaken across the estate) to devise a plan for pro-active repairs and maintenance, you will develop a plan in relation to income growth for the most effective utilisation of assets in the area you will be responsible for. You will handle all external communication with local authorities, customers, supplier etc. and will undertake further detailed surveys for remedying building defects.
What you'll need to succeed
This employer are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor with extensive and recent experience working in a client side property role in a highly consumer facing industry such as retail, leisure or hospitality. You will have a track record of planned maintenance, defect analysis and remedial works. You will be self-driven, results orientated and a positive outlook (used to dealing with people from all backgrounds).
