Senior Architectural Technologist/Technician

Having won several new large but highly confidential prime residential projects with high net worth individuals in London, this well established architectural design studio in west London is seeing to recruit talented Senior  Architectural Technologists.

This role will suit an experienced Technologist with a proven track record of high value, complexly specified residential projects with values ranging from £3m - £50m, ideally in the London market.  The client will also be looking for you to be able to outline an ability to handle technical work packages and to design and organise information to a very detailed level.  Ability to complete hand drawn sketches showing thought process in working out details and organising technical design elements is also preferable, as is demonstratable experience of writing specifications.  This role will be using AutoCAD.
