Working for a large Maintenance and FM contractor- working within a prison environment


Your new role
This is a static role based on site at Lincoln . Your role will be to :
Assist in the day to day support of the on site maintenance team by providing technical administration support
Assist in achieving KPIs and targets and meeting standards set out in SLA regarding compliance
Inputting the planned and preventative maintenance works onto the system
Liaising with external contractors and getting them booked in on the FM system
Checking and auditing compliance - Fire Risk, Legionella,etc
Comply with all health and safety legislation


What you'll need to succeed
A proven track record in working in a technical administration environment.
Ideally knowledge of working with Planet FM or similar FM systems
Excellent attention to detail and management of systems
Health & safety qualification ( NEBOSH) would be preferable,

Good general understanding of building maintenance issues

A willingness to work in a busy maintenance yard/depot

Living within a decent commute of Lincoln

This role will be subject to DBS clearance
