Compliance Team Leader - social Housing Legionella, Asbestos Fire
Local Authority have the immediate need for a qualified and experienced Compliance Team leader
You will ideally have a building maintenance background with a relevant technical qualification ( Building , or M&E)
Your core responsibility will be to manage and report on legislative compliance for the council's Housing and corporate building portfolio.
Asbestos
Legionella
Fire
You will work with the repairs team to agree a programme of works to ensure compliance remedial action.
Based Council offices but currently Working from home
This is inside IR 35 and is PAYE or Umbrella Payment , initially for months +
