Architectural Technicians/Technologists - prime residential private residential experience

On behalf of an emerging Architecture & Design practice based in South West London we are seeking Architectural Technicians/Technologists to join the team.

This company is going from strength to strength with many live projects on their books along with new projects kickstarting in the New Year.
The workload is prime private residential projects in the likes of Kensington & Chelsea consisting of complete renovations; 5,000 - 10,000 sq ft homes.

This is a fast moving company with many projects and requires people with bags of energy, enthusiasm and initiative that can work well independently along within a growing team.
When I first received a call from this client in the middle of October explaining how busy they were and requiring a handful of new staff in the short term, I was reserved.
However this has rung true having found them a two Architect and an Interior Architect in the last 4 weeks.

Aside from the great projects, the leader being down to earth and clearly great at his job is a real pull of attraction alongside his desire to build a trust worthy team together offering flexibility on WFH even when the world returns to normal.

This company really is a one to watch and are going places.
AutoCAD is essential for this role and they expect someone with 5 years + experience in detailing projects in Central London including waterproofing, basements, floor build ups, acoustic detailing etc.
