A culture led architecture studio in South London is looking for a full time Head of Public Relations to lead on all aspects of Communications and Public Relations for the 200-strong practice. Reporting directly to the partners, this role is strategic and hands on.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Establishing a PR strategy in line with practice goals

  • Ensuring all communications and content underline the core company values

  • Creating the highest quality of content for all aspects of communications including project promotion, photography, awards, exhibitions, publications, website and social media

  • Writing informed, researched and engaging content for industry themes

  • Building on the strong culture and voice of the practice through multiple channels

  • Building recognition in the industry for key areas of expertise

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts

  • Communicating with high level management

  • Managing the in-house team and working alongside external consultants

  • Initiating and project managing industry events for festivals/exhibitions

  • Representing the company at meetings and events

  • Managing and reporting on budgets for Public Relations

  • Growing on existing relationships in the local community

 

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing PR/Communications

  • Experience in real estate, architecture, design, inspired and invigorated creative environments or the arts
