Architect

With an exceptionally busy 2021 on the cards, my award-winning client in Manchester have an brilliant new requirement for an ARB registered Architect to join their busy and expanding studio in the heart of the city.

The practice has a fantastic reputation in the industry and are often bidding and winning desirable projects within a variety of typologies including: Student Living Accommodation, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Masterplanning and Education sectors.

Most recent projects have come in Healthcare and Commercial sectors, with the team exceptionally busy in both. A healthy portfolio of Education projects are also in the pipeline as we enter a busy 2021 for the team.

As the practice has grown, my client has built a team of highly skilled and talented architects, technicians, technologists and interior designers who are passionate about what they do and give every project the same level of thought, diligence and care as the next.

As an Architect, the successful candidate will be expected to take on responsibility within the team and have experience at working throughout projects from initial concept design and working with the client through the brief, to being on-site through completion.

The practice are BIM users so software skills in Revit are desirable with training being provided should this be needed. Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Navisworks is an added bonus.
