A Design and Build Consultancy based in Northampton
Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist you will be running projects across multiple sectors and through the RIBA stages 2-5, you will be leading the team and providing a valuable link between the contractors, consultants and in house technical staff.
You will be using AutoCAD and Revit to create 3D models and developing junior technical staff to increase overall quality of the projects.
You will also be involved with new product development, fire/water/wind testing and liaising with the senior team to ensure the products are tested and developed correctly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 5+ years experience within an Architectural Technologist job, highly proficient in AutoCAD and a passion for developing new products, coordinating projects and driving teams to achieve high quality levels.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous salary up to £38,000.
