Job details:
- Support the Asset Manager and other managers within the property services team.
- Lead on the management of data.
- Provide analysis to support asset management strategic decisions.
Candidate requirements:
- Degree level or equivalent qualification
- Recent knowledge of housing and asset management
- Experience of analysis and budget control.
