Design-Focused ARB Architect (Revit)

Urban are recruiting for a ‘Design-Focused’ ARB Architect with a strong project background in the Residential and Housing sector to join one of the UK's most desirable Housing firms.

You’ll be joining a practice that has a fantastic reputation in the industry and at the top of their game. This Surrey studio has a requirement for a Design Architect with strong later-stage proficiency and skills in coordination and delivery to come in and hit the ground running.

As the UK market leaders in the field of Residential and later living & care, my clients award-winning team works with housing associations, charities, local authorities and private developers on a variety of medium-large scale projects.

The practice are a leading firm in their work in the UK with the studio also working within other sectors including Workplace Office Space, Leisure and Community/Education.

Suitable design focused Architects will have 5+ years post-part III experience and have a wealth of project running experience through early concept, feasibility, design brief and planning packages. I am looking to speak with Architects’ that have a real design-flare and have a key understanding of the latest design trends.

Software skills in Revit are desirable with training provided should this be needed. The studio are BIM users.
