London firm looking for experienced Chartered Residential Valuation Surveyor
Your new company
A traditional surveying firm offering the highest service of real estate consultancy across London and the Home Counties. Due to continued success, the company are looking to expand the Professional Services team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys for Private Banks and some regional lenders. There will be a high level of autonomy in the role but the organisation is fully equipped to support their Surveyors with all admin processes.
The firm believe in working as a team and are keen to keep the personal service that they currently offer their clients and maintaining strong relationships within the business. They offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS Qualified (3+ years' PQE)
- Registered Valuer
- Evidence of strong report writing skills
- Experience carrying out Red Book Valuations and Homebuyer Reports
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £55,000 and £60,000 + benefits
