Joining the highest performing specialism for Hays, that has seen significant month on month growth across the quarter, we are recruiting an experienced White Collar Construction recruitment professional in our Glasgow office. Your new job at Hays
Due to consistent performance and recent growth in our Construction & Property recruitment business, our Glasgow office has an exciting opportunity for you to be part of the team to help us continue to build the business, and further dominate the market. You will be working to fill vacancies for roles such as Site Managers; Estimators; Contracts Managers; Quantity Surveyors and Site Engineers - engaging closely with the active and passive candidate pools in these sectors and reaching out to hiring managers and recruiters of these professions. Key aspects of the role include pro-actively generating leads and converting to sales, working closely with colleagues to identify & source sales leads, engaging closely with candidates in the white collar space, supporting individuals with their job search and achieving targets on a daily basis. Ultimately, you will work to exceed targets set to generate and fill vacancies in your specialist market and geographic remit.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have white collar construction recruitment experience from an agency environment and be confident in the development of new business, both targeting new clients and nurturing existing warm relationships. Core competencies will include the ability to build and solidify lasting relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, have a results-driven approach, display ambition and a genuine passion for evolving your knowledge of the construction industry in Scotland.
