Job Details
The firm are looking to appoint a Project Manager who will ideally be able to demonstrate experience in either quantity surveying or contracting. The successful candidate will have between 7-10 years experience working within the real estate development environment. They will require a key understanding of risk, procurement, establishing teams and demonstrate excellent budgetary control.
