Senior Architect/Associate/Associate Director (no 2) required for an established medium sized practice 

Salary will be dependant upon experience + excellent benefits and bonus 

I imagine discussing this with people in the £45,000 - £65,000 range.

Sketch Recruitment have been approached by a well established and busy award winning medium sized practice based in London to find them 1 or 2 experienced Architects. 

Our client is externally busy working across a range of large scale residential projects for house builders and developers from masterplanning stage through to delivery. 

Currently the Directors are responsible for the work winning and client relationships and they need to bring in design excellence in a number 2 capacity as they strategically hire for 2021.

You will have excellent client facing, presentation and communication skills in order to add value during bidding for work, but also to oversee teams internally and externally throughout projects. 

This is an ambitious practice that is looking for the stars of current and future. 

Regarding salary, there is no fixated budget. They are open to finding a Senior Architect who is looking to advance or someone already operating in a more senior capacity in their pursuit to find the right blend of skills, personality and outgoing nature. Lots of opportunity exists to progress.
