Commercial Agency Surveyor

Central London consultancy looking for Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join Commercial Agency team.

Your new company
You will be joining a well-established Central London consultancy run by an experienced team of partners. The firm is over 100 years old and specialises in all areas of real estate services for a wide range of clients. You will be joining the Commercial Agency team and will benefit from the collaborative nature of the company and cross-specialism support.

Your new role
You will be focusing on disposals and acquisitions of offices and retail and providing strategic advice for a wide range of clients including portfolio and estate landlords, developers, property companies, local authorities and office occupiers throughout Central London. You will be contributing to research pieces as well as creating and carrying out marketing campaigns on behalf of clients. You will also need to negotiate detailed heads of terms with applicants and opposing agents meaning excellent communication skills are an essential requirement.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS preferred
• Acquisitions and disposals experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational and timekeeping ability

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.
