Senior Technologist / Technician

A fast growing and well regarded Architecture Practice based in Nottingham specialising in residential projects.

Your new role
As a Senior Technologist / Technician you will support the Architects, Technical staff and other colleagues in creating plans, drawings, 2D and 3D models, all compliant with the UK building regulations and to an extremely high quality. You will be experienced in running projects through RIBA stages 4-6; also competent at NBS Contract Administrator / NBS Create, experience of site meetings.
You will be working solely on residential projects and require a technician who is happy to create high quality work using Revit, AutoCAD and working knowledge of BS1192, BIM Coordination and national compliance standards.
Multi-tasking will also be a large part of the role as you will have multiple projects being worked on at once and you will be working in a busy office with lots of team interaction.

What you'll need to succeed
As a Senior Technologist / Technician you will be MCIAT qualified, excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills, proven experience of running site meetings, leading teams, running projects through stages 4-6 and have excellent verbal and written skills.
Facade detailing and brick/block structure knowledge will also be an advantage.
