Senior Architectural Technician / Senior Technical Architect (Revit)

Urban are delighted to be working in partnership with an architectural studio in the centre of Dublin that continue to go from strength to strength in the industry.

The studio is a continued presence in the Irish market and have projects across the globe on a large international scale, further increasing their standing and reputation in the industry.

People-focused with strong beliefs on collaboration and working together is what drives this team. They are looking to welcome the addition of a Senior Technical Architect/Technician to their team that has excellent post-planning to completion on projects.

An office with an excellent reputation, the practice have been successful in winning a number of commercial, residential and hotel schemes for clients ranging from government agencies, large corporate clients and internet giants. The studio work on new build mid to large sized projects and interior fit out schemes.

The suitable candidate will have a rounded knowledge with the ability to manage day to day job-running alongside the Project Director(s), on projects ranging from Health Care, Commercial Office, Residential to Large Scale Industrial / Warehousing and Manufacturing.

This Dublin-based team of Designers and Technicians have schemes at all RIAI work stages so previous experience throughout projects from inception to completion is desirable. Experience on site, working with clients and contractors is a big part of this role so experience in this would be an advantage.

The studio work in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD so experience in these software’s will be essential.
