Technically-Skilled Architect / Senior Architectural Technician (Revit BIM)

With a healthy and substantial portfolio of work across multiple project sectors, my client is forecasting a busy 2021 as they look to welcome a Technical Architect to their existing award-winning and creative team in Dublin.

My client is known across Ireland and they are making huge waves on a more International scale, for their varied portfolio of high-quality work and ethos that buildings should be centred around people.

With Dublin City seeing a huge rise in the number of top global businesses looking to add a base on Irish soil, our client is extremely busy across multiple project sectors with projects at varying stages from feasibility to construction currently being developed in practice.

The studio is across a variety of project sectors and the talented Dublin team are busy working within a diverse range of typologies, with project involvement from inception to completion (RIAI Stages 0-7).

The business is now looking to recruit a Technical Architect with 5 years plus experience, in Ireland/UK, with strengths and key skills coming in the delivery, coordination and construction stages of projects. Natural abilities with problem-solving and solution finding will put you at an advantage. Previous ‘On Site’ experience, working with contractors, clients and the like will be essential.

With this particular role it is essential you are well skilled in Revit with strong experience in BIM and supportive programs.

COVID

With the on-going COVID restrictions, this role will be remote-based working until government guidelines change.
