Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist (Revit)

My client is a multi-award winning and established architectural practice in Shropshire that are currently recruiting for job-running Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist with experience across all RIBA Stages as part of their team to deliver projects from inception to completion.

The practice has a diverse and varied portfolio of projects within a wide range of sectors that include city centre retail, healthcare, residential, new office and fit-out, transport, technology, student accommodation and higher education.

I am looking to speak with Technicians that are ‘hands on’ and can hit the ground running, showing that they are determined and motivated to deliver high quality projects.

The Technician will work alongside to the Architect and Designers within the studio and be reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of associated projects and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties.

BIM skills in Revit are essential with two year’s working use on projects being a necessity.

COVID

With the on-going COVID restrictions, this role will be remote-based working until government guidelines change. On starting with the studio, the first few days will be office-based for purposes of induction and IT pick up etc.
