Technical Revit Architect - Immediate Start

Well established design team responsible for some of the UK and Europe's most critically acclaimed buildings of significance is looking for an architect with strong delivery experience and revit. You will join an existing team to run construction packages, liaise with consultants and contractors and the supervise works on site for a highly anticipated student housing project in the UK. This is a remote working opportunity for up to 4 months. Key Responsibilities

• Join an existing team to work on a student housing project at RIBA stage 5.
• Produce and oversee delivery of construction information in Revit.
• Coordinate with external consultant and contractor teams.
• Supervise works on site.
• Strive to ensure design quality and intent are not compromised.

Skills and Experience

• Fully qualified RIBA-registered architect with 6-8 years practical experience PP2.
• Experience producing and overseeing construction packages in revit.
• Strong understanding of UK regulations and construction methods.
• Experience coordinating with external consultant and contractor teams.
• Site experience.
• Strong design to deliver buildings to the highest quality without compromise.
