Architectural Technologist, Permanent position, North Leeds, Revit essential, multi sector

Your new company
A medium sized practice with 30 years in the industry opened a Leeds office in the last couple of years and require an experienced architectural technologist to join their team. You will be joining a team of 3 but will have the backing of a well established practice and larger to support with projects if required.

Your new role
You will be working with the studio director and the 2 architectural assistants to deliver projects across multiple sectors within Leeds and surrounding area. You will be expected to produce high quality construction and technical drawing packages and help take the young studio in their new direction.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be proficient in the use of revit and show a clear understanding of building regulations and share examples of projects that you have delivered. You will need to be a team player demonstrating the ability to complete projects independently and support other staff to collaborate on projects.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a competitive salary of circa £36,000 depending on experience and 2 bonuses a year (subject to performance) The holiday package is 20 days + 8 for bank holidays + 4 days at Christmas.
