Your new company
My client is a new startup Architectural Practice founded by two ex AJ100 Directors looking to work with large scale Residential Developers across the UK. They are seeking a fresh thinking, dynamic Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team.
Your new role
An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technician to become an
important part of this growing practice and deliver on a variety of exciting projects - predominantly residential
new-builds for large house builders and residential extensions with developments across various commercial
sectors also.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in working for developer clients or national house builders
and on small residential projects, whilst having a sound technical knowledge and a good understanding of the
UK Building Regulations.
Revit and AutoCAD are the main software packages used within the practice, so would be an essential
attribute - Architectural Technicians / Technologists with previous BIM experience will also be looked upon
favourably.
