Revit Technician/BIM Co-ordinator

We have an amazing opportunity for Revit Technician/BIM Co-Ordinator to join an Award winning practice in London. As the selected candidate you will be working on a range of projects, you will also have a passion for BIM implementation and a proficiency with Revit.

Essential Requirements:

⦁ Ability to check Revit families against sub-contractor drawings for errors and produce feedback reports
⦁ Experience in building/ and or working with a federated model - using Navisworks. Also ability to set up Revit projects to adhere to company standards
⦁ Ability to create Revit families and parametric Revit families for various sub-contractor packages, i.e. Joinery, AV equipment, Ceilings etc. (ability to model MEP services is a bonus)
⦁ Experience in managing multiple modelling packages for sub-contractors - time management
⦁ Experience is delivering COBie, Asset data and Uniclass2015 Classification requirements on a BIM project
⦁ Ability to work to deadlines
⦁ Ability to work of part of a wider team
⦁ Experience in reading and understanding the requirements set out in a project BIM Execution Plan - (creating a BIM Execution Plan is a bonus!)
⦁ Good communication skills - especially in front of Clients
⦁ Willingness to grow into bigger roles of responsibility over time
