Urban Designer / Planner

Your new company
An Award winning architectural practice focusing on residential sector in Nottingham. Having seen a huge amount of growth they are now looking to bring quality staff in to compliment their highly skilled and ambitious workforce.

Your new role
As an urban designer / planner you have a strong design and project management background. Excellent technical skills and the ability to communicate design ideas through a range of graphic styles are also essential. You will be proficient using Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and SketchUp and will feel confident managing your own workload with a flexible and adaptable approach. You will also have specialist experience in masterplanning, residential layouts, large scale urban extensions and be able to lead staff and grow the department.

What you'll need to succeed
As an urban designer / planner you will need to have at least five years previous experience, RIBA qualified, project management experience, previous experience of large scale masterplanning, excellent communication skills and strong software skills including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
