Technical Coordinator

Leading UK House Builder seeking a technical professional.

Your new company
This leading UK Housebuilder with a long history in the profession and a well structured management team are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator into their NW offices based in Warrington.

Your new role
You will be dealing with the management of housing projects, dealing with planning applications, preparation of information, dealing and assisting with site layouts, and coordinating the work of external consultants.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be from an Architectural Technology background, with good AutoCAD skills, and preferably will have worked on housing schemes either within a house builder background or a practice that deals with these works. A full Driving Licence is required.
