Project Architect

Small design practice with secure workload and structure in place are looking for an ambitious Architect

Your new company
This well established North West design firm are well respected for their work in the residential, commercial and leisure sectors. They have a superb project portfolio covering high end residential new builds, conversion and re-use of listed buildings, and mixed use office and commercial spaces.

Your new role
This will be a key position within the practice and will offer excellent opportunity to take your career forward. On a day to day basis you will be handling a mixture of residential and refurbishment schemes, through all project stages, You will be dealing with clients on a daily basis, and will have responsibility for the workload of junior team members.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm here are looking for a skilled Architect who has great client contact skills and the innate ambition to deliver top results. AutoCAD and sketchup skills are essential, as is a driving licence. You should have worked previously on good quality projects post ARB, and will have great communication skills.
