Project Architect or job running architectural assistant and Architectural Technician required

We are working with an up and coming practice in London that is in a very fortunate position of projects snowballing through. As such they have hired 4 new team members in the last 5 months who are all bedding in very well.
Workload is very much prime residential projects typically in Kensington & Chelsea.
Our client is now seeking a couple of new members of staff to join the team.
A project Architect that can run a 6,500 sq ft home in Chelsea which consist of a basement dig and full refurbishment. This could be a role for an experienced part 2 also with the right experience.
An Architectural Technician is required as a practice wide hire rather than project specific.
This is the company to join if you are looking to join an emerging practice in London that will most likely be around 25 strong by end of this year.
AutoCAD is important.
Also experience within residential properties or existing buildings experience with hotels would be desirable.
