Your new role

As an integral part of the Land & Planning team you will take responsibility for several applications on allocated residential development sites in Hampshire and Dorset from submission to approval. This will include accurate checking of legal documentation and all other legal issues/requirements whilst liaising and advising on the discharge of planning conditions.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have proven experience in the private sector ideally working with or for a residential housebuilder and demonstrate the key skills to manage a small team to successfully deliver planning permissions.
