Our client in Mid Kent are working with Hays Property & Surveying to find an excellent Facilities and Operations Manager with recent experience in a similar setting.

Your new Facilities and Operations Manager job role

A new temporary job opportunity has arisen for a Facilities and Operations Manager to join us and work with a portfolio of properties across Mid Kent. On a temporary basis, you will join the team to deliver soft services FM, domestic services, maintenance, and planned works across their portfolio.

Based on site, you will be required to carry out all aspects of soft FM across their portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

• Facilities and Operations Manager background.
• You will be an accomplished, qualified Facilities and Operations Manager with previous experience in a similar role.
• You should have a good understanding of soft services, domestic services within FM.
• You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Be able to get to either the Ashford or Margate site.
