Joiner, Social Housing, ASAP start,
Your new company
You will be working for a large social housing company located in Nottinghamshire who currently are in need of a multi-skilled Joiner with social housing experience.
Your new role
Duties will include 1st and 2nd fix, you may also be in properties that are occupied by tenants at the time of repairs so the right candidate must have experience with working in domestic and occupied properties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification in a trade, have proven experience working within a multi-skilled position in the social housing sector, a reference will need to be given to back this up. The right candidate must have their own form of transport and tools
What you'll get in return
You will get ongoing work however the role has a great possibility of extension as the client is fond of keeping hard working and reliable workers in ongoing work once they have proven themselves.
