Immediate opportunity for a Part 3 Architect with at last 3-4 years UK experience and capable job running skills of projects up to £5m.
Our client is a mid-sized London practice currently involved on a number of frameworks with solid workload well in to 2021.
They are now looking to hire a solid job-running architect to join their London offices. Either ARB or RIBA registered you will have at least 3-4 years PQE and demonstrable experience of taking projects through all work stages. Current projects are a range of commercial and science buildings so similar project experience would be ideal.
Due to home working confinements, it’s important that candidates can work unaided and be comfortable dealing with clients and contractors remotely.
Our client uses ArchiCAD so any previous experience would be preferable but not essential as training can be given. Due to IT constraints candidates must be presently located in the greater London area.
