A Leicestershire based Architectural Practice who specialise in a wide range of sectors including, Logistics + Industrial, Healthcare, Offices + Workplace, Education, Residential, Retail + Mixed-use, Interiors + Fit-out, Transport and Leisure. The are one of the AJ100 companies with offices in many of the UK major cities.
Your new role
As an urban designer / masterplanner you will need to have at least five years previous experience, ideally in a similar practice, and have a strong design background. Excellent technical skills and the ability to communicate design ideas through a range of graphic styles are also essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit would be a bonus also. You will feel confident managing your own workload with a flexible and adaptable approach. You will also have specialist experience in either detailed residential layouts or large scale urban extensions. The ability to do both would be a bonus.
