Architectural Assistant Part II (ArchiCAD)

With a busy and exciting pipeline of work for 2021 and beyond, my client is looking to welcome the addition of an Architectural Assistant Part II to their growing team.

The portfolio of work primarily spans Residential, Housing, Commercial, Leisure and Education schemes so experience in these sectors would be a real advantage.

If you are looking for an architectural practice that will give you the opportunity to work on challenging and interesting projects, progress through a company and fulfil your potential, help with Part III qualification then this is fantastic opportunity.

Suitable experience across RIBA Stages 0-7 is essential with the candidate likely working across projects from initial design phases to construction and completion.

BIM skills in ArchiCAD are essential as the team are strong users of this software. Further skills in AutoCAD are desirable.

Salary

Salary is dependent upon experience and career background, as well as the influence and skill set you can bring to the practice.

COVID

With the on-going COVID restrictions, this role will be remote-based working until government guidelines change. On starting with the studio, the first few days will be office-based for purposes of induction and IT pick up etc.
