Architectural Technician (Engineering and Surveying)

A local authority based in Derbyshire require extra support in their Technical department to working directly under the Drawing Office Manager.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technician you will be you will be supporting the team for scheme development and re-purposing of council properties across the Derbyshire region.
You will be regularly creating technical drawings using a variety of software programmes including Revit and/or AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and related software; working to strict deadlines and be able to multi-task working on multiple projects at once.



What you'll need to succeed
As an Architectural Technician you will have proven technical skills ideally across multiple sectors, knowledge of UK building regulations, ability to work on multiple projects at once and be a great communicator with all levels of staff.
You will also have strong software abilities utilising AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Suite.

What you'll get in return
You will receive hourly rate up to £20 and a 3 month + contract with potential extension.
