A Technical Coordinator job in Hampshire working with a national residential developer
Your new company

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their growing team in their Hampshire office. With a increase in workload but a steady pipeline over the last decade this team have organically grown and have promoted from within.
Your new role
Reporting to the Technical Director you will deliver the coordination of a number of large schemes across the region.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong residential background as Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager. Proven ability to successfully deliver 1500 unit schemes and self efficient.
