CAD Technician - university in-house

Hays is working in partnership with a major London university to find a CAD Technician to join their estates team.

The role is centred around the updating and production of AutoCAD drawings, ensuring they are current and accurately reflect the university's large and varied portfolio of buildings.

The role will involve the updating the 2D Cad drawings making them suitable for use by the University's property and estate management system, and alignment to the estate's drawing standards. Integral to the role will be pulling together information from a number of sources.

The role will be remote, allowing the candidate to work exclusively from, and laptop will be provided along with AutoCAD software. The anticipated duration will be 4 months, commencing in March.

Candidates with a similar background in CAD, and having worked in the estate/property function of a large organisation, such as another university or major hospital, will be particularly desirable. Please apply for immediate consideration.
