Architect

Project Architect required for quality residential design work by a small studio in Merseyside.

Your new company
This small design studio has been trading for over ten years in Liverpool and is active in the housing, education and healthcare sectors. They have a lovely office environment, convenient location, and are keen to add a talented Project Architect to their team.

Your new role
You will be working as part of a n 8 strong office, and will take personal responsibility for the full design and delivery of housing and small to medium education projects across the region. You will be involved in client meetings and briefing sessions, involved in the production of design proposals and presentation work, and responsible for the delivery of full construction drawings to facilitate build stages.

What you'll need to succeed
This firm are keen to appoint a candidate who is a few years post qualification, with some job running experienced - ideally within a small or medium sized practice environment, They need someone with proficient AutoCAD skills, and ideally some revit knowledge. A full driving licence is required.
