Architectural Technician OR Technical Architect (Delivery Focus)

Urban are working alongside a regular award-winner and world renowned AJ100 architectural studio in Surrey as they look to welcome the addition of Architectural Technicians OR Technical Architects to their exciting team.

With a strong project workflow and a busy portfolio of work for 2021 and beyond, my client is seeking delivery-focused technicians and architects with excellence post-planning through to completion.

The suitable candidate will have an understanding of the design process and ability to assist the management/delivery of projects from initial concept stages through to completion. The delivery team will deliver projects from RIBA Stage 3, post-planning, working with contractors, developers, and in partnership with the concept architects.

Key parts of this role will be to help optimise the design to add value and safeguard the concept architect’s design intent, whilst maintaining the quality through to completion.

Architectural Technicians and Architects with a technical forte will be best suited to this role, with previous large scale high-value project experience essential.

I am looking to talk to interested candidates that put a real emphasis on quality, with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Software skills in BIM are essential, the studio use Revit so proficiency is key.
