Senior Architect

Hays are working with a south west London practice who are seeking a senior architect to join their team. The practice has an established reputation in Education and Regeneration. They would be described as medium sized, agile and collaborative. They're consequently currently very busy, with numerous projects, in particular within the higher education space; hence needing a driven and confident senior architect who will complement their studio.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years post part iii experience, operating in a senior project leading role. You will be comfortable in coordination and financial management, and have strong ability in dealing with clients and community stakeholders. Furthermore you will enjoy taking a leading role within a team environment, including the management of others and nurturing of junior staff. You will possess ability at all RIBA stages, with good design examples as well as technical skill. Candidates with a strong portfolio in education design will be strongly considered.
