Architect / Project Leader / Technician For a well established RIBA chartered practice in Cambridgeshire.

Your new company
A well established RIBA Chartered Practice with a varied and exciting portfolio across a wide range of sectors including domestic extensions, bespoke dwellings, residential developments, health care, commercial, industrial, educational and community projects.

Your new role
As the Architectural Technician / Project Leader you will be involved in advising clients, liaising with local planning and building control authorities, liaising with other professionals and consultants, coordinating design information, undertaking site surveys and producing survey drawings, producing building regulation drawings and specifications, production of construction information and specifications, Principal Designer (under CDM2015), ensuring design packages are undertaken in accordance with the Quality Assurance Procedures, updating WorkflowMax and maintaining the project administration plan.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Architectural Technician / Project Leader you will need to be an ACIAT or RIBA associate member and be prepared to continue with development to achieve full CIAT or RIBA membership. You will need to hold a HND in Construction and be an experienced user of AutoCad and Microsoft office.You will need to be able to showcase the ability to work effectively, methodically, diligently and to deadline, detailed knowledge of UK building regulations, working knowledge of UK planning policy and the ability to lead a team on delivering projects.
