We are currently recruiting for a London based Developer who, due to an increased workload and pipeline of projects requires an Assistant Project Manager to join the small internal team of property professionals. The role will directly support the exiting Project Director with Project co-ordination and contract administration activities across a wide variety of residential lead schemes. The successful candidate will be given the experience of working across the full development life cycle from site acquisition through to handover of the asset. 
 
Responsibilities include but not restricted to;

  • Providing Project co-ordination and support to the Project Director
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and the wider external project team and appointed consultants
  • Monitoring contractor performance
  • Monitoring Project progress against a programme and reporting accordingly
  • Attending site visits and project meetings

You will need:

  • A construction/Project Management or relevant property related degree
  • Client facing skills
  • Articulate and a good communicator
  • Driven and possess a willingness to learn
  • Some project management experience gained withing a consultancy, client side or contractor environment
  • Working towards your APC or recently qualified an advantage but not essential
